Poor Client Service

Would have loved to give the entity more stars, as work done on my vehicle was good, though they completely devalued the human aspect in this eqaution. They took more than twice the estimated timeframe, which would be okay, If they bothered to keep the Client updated. It was up to me to continously follow up with them, after lapsed timeframe, and even then they could not be bothered to return my calls, to such an extend that I had to rely on my Insurer to contact the service provider, to get the accurate date, on when my vehicle could be collected.

The day prior to collecting my vehicle, I send a written complaint to the Shop, revolving around their total disinterest in delivering a service to the actual paying Client, and although compliant was acknowledged, I was told that the Workshop Manager will contact me, to address concerns, needless to say, that has not happened. As I said, great work on the car, though not so much on the other part of the eqaution, which makes this a very unpleasant experience.
