N4 Gateway…No correspondence what so ever

My car has been to them for 4 months now waiting for parts…I understand that parts it’s not their problem but after parts have been delivered to them, no communication nor feedback about the car. The service especially from JP it’s shocking because he cares not about customers. He will say I will call you dololo. Up until now after parts have been delivered no feedback.
