My husband’s car has been in their care for over two months, now going on three. While I understand parts can take time, their handling has been inconsistent and unacceptable. For the past three weeks, their manager assured us that all parts were received, work was underway, and the car would be ready by Friday. Yet this week we are told they are still waiting for a light. This contradicts everything we’ve been told and raises serious concerns about their planning and transparency. When a car is received after an accident, it should be properly assessed so all parts are ordered upfront. The fact that we are still hearing of missing parts after nearly three months suggests mismanagement. We are in dire need of the vehicle and cannot accept further delays. We expect the car to be completed and returned this week. If this requires your team to work beyond regular hours, so be it.
