Horrific customer service- Precision Autospray

I've had the most horrific customer service from this company. I brought in my car for minor repairs which the operations manager Fernandes said it will take 5-7days. Little did I know that it will take 4 weeks. During tis time I always have to phone to enquire and he is not pro-active. Certain instances he hangs up the phone on me. He always changes his version of story regarding the progress on the vehicle. For a while week the vehicle has been in wash bay and will be ready within 2 days, that's the lies I am being fed every time I phone.

I asked to speak to the branch manager, who never returned my calls and when I hold it never gets through. Its been four weeks waiting for the ca and till now don't know what is happening.

From the receptionist all through to Branch manager, the service is appalling and will NEVER advise anyone to take their car for repairs there. They lie and dont live up to their values.
