Precision Auto in Pretoria: absolutely clueless with regard to customer service

Service personne at Precision Auto are rude, lack any sense of how to deal with customers and lack all sense of urgency. They did not communicate with me at all and I had to keep phoning them to get updates when the repair time had been exceeded. When I arrange for them to pick me up , they come 2 hrs late. When I finally arrive here to pick my car, the person who is supposed to process my vehicle is sitting on the phone, I am still waiting for assistance, 30 min after arriving here. A very rude front service desk member, Thuli Neels tells me that I must just wait. The service person sitting on the phone, Ronaldo, is just taking his own time, so relaxed. These people just have no idea about what customer management is about. I will be giving this feedback to MiWay insurance.
