Called to ask about boosting cell signal at home. Need to pay for site survey. Ok send invoice. Had to call again to ask where invoice was. Eventually it arrived. Paid immediately. Had to call to ask when site survey would be done hit first had to re- explain who I was and what I wanted and that I had actually paid already for the site survey. Survey teams arrived 4 hours early and messed up my own appointments for the day as a result. Had to phone to ask where quote was and again had to reintroduce myself. Quote was supposed to address what networks were covered and lightening protection questions that I had specifically asked to be covered. What a waste of R1000 for the survey as in principle, even if they offer the best and only tech to use, I would never use or trust them.
