<p>Poyting Direct sold me a product that was "supposed" to be soo easy to install.. After the installation, I get the same performance as without it, but the connection seems to drop frequesntly. Now they have the cheek to aske me to pay another R1000 for someone the come out and assess the installation without gaurentees!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The installation gives us full signal and is within line of site of a very close tower, but the speed is worse than my 4MB ADSL line... I am so frustrating I can scream!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The technical operator, basically told me to send the product back if i am not willing to pay the aditional R1000 as they dont need my business!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Service in this country is very poor with incompitent people... im sure that there is people out there that would appreciate having a job and should rather be given the opportunity!</p>
