They don't do any repairs!!

I bought my Galaxy S4 on the 28th June 2014. On the 15th June 2015, I took it in to Samsung Rosebank for repairs on my front camera, and my battery, because it was swelling and wouldn't hold a charge. They referred me to Power Care in Edenvale. <br> I went there on the same day and booked my phone in. I waited 4 weeks without any update or feedback. I eventually contacted the manager who told me I should fetch my phone and keep it until they receive spares. Nothing was done with my phone the entire time it was there.<br> I have not been contacted by them since. No samsung refuses to fix my phone because it's out of warranty.<br> Thanks Powercare. <br> Useless!
