I would just like to thank powercare for the awesome service during the last few weeks in getting me my replacement xbox1 console.<br> <br> during my waiting period Kaylan Holtzhauzen, kept me updated on a regular basis.<br> this gave me great peace of mind and i immediately knew that i had nothing to worry about.<br> Kaylan also responded to each and every email i sent through quicker than i had anticipated,<br> Great customer service such has is certainly not easy to come by, so thank you to Kaylan Holtzhauzen and the entire powercare team for their remarkable assistance.<br> <br> To my dismay when i returned my broken console, a sentimental game was lodged into the disc drive.<br> In fear of losing the game, i emailed Kaylan and without hesitation she reassured me that my disc would be safely returned. 2 days later, i received my game safely packaged and returned to me.<br> <br> to Kaylan Holtzhauzen and the entire powercare team, keep up the great work!!<br> A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER :-)
