BAD ATTITUDE

l am not happy wit the bad attitude from 2 of your employees especially the lady by the name Mamiki and her other workmate.l got there with a prove of purchase which was not clear she gave me a bad attitude and told me that they cant help me l tried asking if they can contact Telkom Westgate to send them my proof of purchase they refuse in a very bad manner..As l was still talking to them there wre busy discusing another customer showing each other the car that customer is driving.Mamiki was so rude even her responses.This was not only noted by me even my uncle l was with got ****ed.l have taken my phone for repairs as Dion Wired before the staff was very professional and knew how to treat customers.l went to Telkom to get another clear proof of purchase and came back there was a guy there wre attending to they finished and gave him a slip and never dismissed him he continued sitting and waiting then they started asking what he was still waiting they dd not have the odesity to say we sorry we are done with you.l was so ****ed off by these ladies' incompetency you might loose you valuable clients because of them.When l left l asked for Mamikis name and noted it down.
