Worst possible after sales service

<p>We purchased a pool cover from Power Plastics in November 2014, the cover faded within 10 months despite the Power Plastic promise that the cover was UV protected, and after repeated calls and emails, nothing was done. I was promised that someone would come out to site repeatedly, he even requested that we send him pictures which we duly did.</p> <p>I am truly disgusted at the poor level of service.</p>
