Quality service and product
Very happy with the service from Power Plastics. There were one or two hiccups in the quoting and ordering process, but once everything was confirmed it was smooth sailing from there. The pool cover was manufactured very quickly and installment arranged for just few days later. Ashley and Rory who did the installation were very efficient and did an excellent installation. The cover looks really neat and sturdy. very hapoy with the outcome!

Bad service by Liam at Power Plastics
Extremely slow and bad service by Liam. I have been trying for t o days to do a deal with them. Liam just doesn’t come back to you with the requested information. Liam also told me that Aquanet supplies inferior quality products. After investigation I realised that Aquanet offers a better warranty and the same specs, at a much lower price. Liam Also told me that Aquanet copied there designs. Liam is disinterested and couldn't care if he gets the order or not. One of the worst sales people I ever had to deal with. Stay away!

Great service. The service that I received could not have been better - everyone that passed you asked if they could help. Those that did assist me were professional, friendly and courteous. Their management should share their secrets and other suppliers!!!

Inferior Roll-Up System, Misleading Advertising & Very Poor Service From Power Plastic
We purchased a roll-up system for our pool from Power Plastic after seeing their advert on Facebook. The advertising was convincing and led us to believe that the product would be durable and suitable for long-term use. However, the system was made from inferior materials and failed just after the 1-year warranty period, lasting only 14 months. For a product that cost us nearly R20,000, this level of quality is unacceptable. In terms of service, our experience was equally disappointing. Leroy, the salesperson, tried to assist us, but the overall after-sales service from the company was pathetic. Communication was slow, and we waited far too long for any form of feedback. When we eventually interacted with the finance representative, Caroline, she was very rude and abrupt, which added even more frustration to the entire process. Because of the poor product quality and the lack of proper support, we were forced to spend additional money with another provider to replace the roll-up system entirely. We feel misled by the advertising, let down by the product, and extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. We are requesting accountability and a fair resolution from Power Plastic.
