Shouldnt be in business, or manage your business properly
What a huge pity i didnt read this first.. What a complete waste of time and money.. Power JOKE Plastics Lying, money grabbing, non delivery.. its a complete disgrace and i am taking legal assistance with this one.. most irritating.. they sell you this professional company *******, until you pay.. and then.. NOTHING.. broken promises.. no material, on the production line, today, tomorrow,.. i even went there.. still waiting.. a dog show.. just lies.. wont even give my money bacl.. but watch this space... im not done yet...

Unfortunately, the issues with your cover arose right before the holidays and in the middle of an exceptionally busy period when we were also dealing with unforeseen material shortages. Having done an internal analysis of your process, it is clear that we could have communicated the delays a lot better so please accept our apologies for this. Since we re-opened on Jan 6th, we can confirm that the matter has now been resolved and your pool cover is now in good working order again.
