Powerplastics - Better chance of winning the Lotto than getting your cover or customer service after you've paid

Same as everybody else. Paid for cover. They promise two weeks until installation. It's been more than a month now and still no cover, no feedback, no apology..... no anything...

I've called the receptionist, I've called Mayibongwe (our sales person and apparently also the manager at Johannesburg), I've called Christelle the director at CapeTown etc. etc. etc. and not one of them even botherred to return my phonecalls.

Future clients - BE WARNED --If you feel like giving your money away, then call me...... At least you'll get a thank you.

We have struggled to adequately answer your Hello Peter complaint in any way where we would not need to go into a long online discussion. But the point being that Cape Town had a drought. We did everything possible to meet the demand during that time. People got anxious about the water evaporation in their pools and the level of aggression and fear was impossible (for any company) to assist with. You were caught in this flurry. We apologise if your experience with us was not what it should have been but we can assure you that this is not the norm.
Your comments portray a company which we are not. They are not fair nor correct. They are to be taken in context in terms of what would be termed an Act of God - and every employee in PowerPlastics was in fact heroic in terms of how they handled each customer at that time. I salute the people of PowerPlastics - you went through a great deal and each one of you need a medal.
You mention one of our staff members and we do not like staff named on social media platforms. Your facts are incorrect. Christelle was our bookkeeper - she too tried to manage customers.
