Power Plastics Pool Covers
I submitted a request via their website for a quotation for a pool cover some time ago. I received no response. I submitted another request; again no response. I sent them a letter on 16 February. Got a reply back from them to submit my pool dimensions and phone number. I have not heard from them since. I have since bought a PVC cover with poles and fittings from one of their competitors.

While we did respond to your query and engage with you, ultimately we failed to follow through and ensure you had all the info needed to make a purchase, as is our normal level of customer service. Unfortunately, because you used another supplier, we don’t get another chance to show you just how important customers are to us. Even when we don’t get it right (oversights happen), we tirelessly work through every last detail to set things straight and do everything possible to ensure a positive outcome and a great brand experience.
