pool cover is a no show
Bought a pool cover from you 6 years ago , and decided to buy one again on the 23 September 2020 from the cape town branch. i paid for in full and Leroy ( salesman ) would let me know when i could collect. since then it is impossible to get a hold of you via telephone at your cape town or johannesburg branches. emails are unanswered as i am trying to find out how far the cover is. absolutely pathetic service. i will not recommend you. i am not sure how i am going to resolve my issues - hope i am not being ****med....

12 Oct 2020, 19:08 Our Sales representative has apologized to the client and in particular for not informing the client of the status of his order through the sales process. The order was a human error from our sales person and he only processed the order on the 1 October and the cover was ready for collection on the 2 October 2020. The mitigating circumstances around the sales person’s lack of attention and focus is that he was helping his wife with a new born baby and that it was a bit hectic on his side. Due to Covid he was also working from home. He has assured us that he does try his best to give all clients excellent customer service and that this error was purely circumstantial. We acknowledge the frustration here but it is important to note that this customer actually got a free installation as a result. After that, he still saw fit to make negative public comments and then he demanded that the Director of our company call him, which she did, eight times. He did not answer, too busy on the phone perhaps. Not much more we can do if calls are not returned and we have no feedback after trying to resolve. Unfortunate as customer care really is important to us.
