The most abysmal service and experience that tested my patience for more than a month ... gross inefficiency, no follow up, poor communication, rude staff. Be warned!!!!!

We find this a particularly sad and sobering comment. We apologise for any inconvenience we have caused you. This has been taken up internally with all concerned and we have issued disciplinary warnings to all in the chain involved in your cover.
Your cover was slightly unusual as you had initially only discussed the Sol+Guard GeoBubble cover with your sales consultant but following our team's site visit they recommended the EnergyGuard cover to you. This was not clearly communicated and unfortunately this is where things went wrong. Your sales consultant processed your order based on the original discussion and we are sorry about this.
Your cover was delivered and installed yesterday and we trust all is fine with it. Once again we apologize for the frustration caused and we trust that you will enjoy the use of your cover from here on.
