We ordered our PowerPlastics Solid Safety Cover online, paid online and went on with our lives...PowerPlastics did the rest, from acknowledging receipt of the order and payment, arranging and taking on-site measurements, updating us on progress right up to arranging the installation date, refunding a small overpayment on our part without any fuss, and finally, doing a neat installation (even with a smile in windy, rainy weather - thanks Marlin and Denver). Yes, the initial installation date was postponed once, but not without a timely phone call, an acceptable explanation and a friendly apology.
