My poolcover wasn't installed properly

My poolcover wasn't installed properly. The process of getting it fixed was painstaking. The communication was poor, and the team ended up having to visit my property three times for what, I believe, could have been a "one-stop" process. They have a good product, and the two gentlemen who installed the repaired cover were fabulous! If it weren't for MARLON AND MATTHEW, and the quality of the cover, this would have been a 1-star rating
