Incomplete install 3 months later
Paid for in full in November 2019. 3 months later!!! Incomplete installation with the roll up mechanism not yet attached or fastened to the pool cover.
Is this what you get for buying a good product from a terrible company?
They did a site inspection prior to the install... still pitched with the wrong stuff. Then the back and forth started.
Then this was missing then that was missing then the technician couldn’t get hold of someone then this and that... at the end of the day 2 months later no communication.
Should have known this, paying them the full payment before completion.

30 Jan 2020, 12:35This is an interim statement just to state that we are a company that absolutely believes in finishing off all jobs, we absolutely believe in being the best in industry in quality service and quality of product, we are the best in industry in terms of after sales service too. We have gone through our records of this installation and it all seemed to have been complete according to our records which were obviously wrong. We apologise for this error and for not rigorously following up which we also do. For some reason our follow up also slipped through and we have not heard from the client until this complaint on Hello Peter. Our apologies to the client and we have certainly reviewed our processes internally to ensure this does not reoccur. The job will be completed.
