Horrific Service

Horrific service. I placed an order for a vektor on the 12th of March, power plastics came out prior to placing the order for accurate measurements and i was given a quote stating 7 - 10 working days and nearly a month later im still having to fight them to get this job complete. Power plastics has come out 3 times and yet still failed to get the job done. If its not a rope that's too short, its a pole issue. After coming out to measure the pool and quote i still got a cover that's in the wrong measurements. And no idea when this is going to be completed. Admin and management staff have incredibly poor, weak excuses for incompetence. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
