Excellent customer contact

I was most concerned to order my pool cover through this company after having read the ghastly reviews. I have to say that from start to finish it has been a great experience. I started by speaking to Sebastian at the Cape Town office regarding best product for my needs. His recommendation of the sol+geobubble was accepted. The quote, measuring, billing and fitment has all gone very smoothly indeed. Sebastian stayed in contact all the way through the process. Emails and telephonic. I have been impressed. All very professional. I cannot talk about the quality of the product - that time will tell! It was only installed today. They do require 60% payment at time of order and the remainder prior to delivery (I don't really like to part with my money before I have the goods but understand why they need to work that way) I was put off because of the reviews but I'm glad I went with them... it has been painless! I think the problems arose mid summer with the water restrictions and they were just inundated with orders - no one could have seen that coming. Give them a chance - I did and have been impressed with the service.
