DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POWER PLASTICS POOL COVERS

I ordered a blanket two years ago and it took power plastics 6 attempts coming to my pool to measure etc and they arrived with the wrong blanket and wrong material then the incorrect size was cut which they then took it away and just glued and extra piece on! Following that 2 months later the centre swam started splitting and all my phone calls of concern fell on deaf ears!!! The blanket continued to split further and j ordered what they called the best quality blanket and with a roller which they said would avoid damages!! I have email Confirmation that I have sent numerous emails to the ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT to Monique Hoffman to PLEASE get management to call me to come repair my blanket that started splitting from 2 months after installation and many months later I still wait!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST POOL BLANKET COMPANY!!!! I HAVE PLENTY FRIENDS WHO HAVE USED THEM AND BEEN MOST DISSATISFIED !!! NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM!!!
