Cannot read a simple drawing correctly

I contacted them for a quote for a leaf net cover. I attached a simple drawing to show the internal and external dimensions of the pool with the paving. The paving was even shown darker and annotated "45cm paving". I received a quote within 15mins. To cut a long story short, I eventually realised their respresentative apparently cannot read a simple drawing correctly. He had taken the outer edge of the paving as the pool size, and even got that wrong on the shorter edge. There were other issues as well. I still do not know for sure if the black mesh is actually 55%. He said it was, but the website does not confirm that, whereas it does with the blue.
