POTTIES CELLULAR SERVICES CC ' S TERRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Potties Cellular Services CC is a day light ******* store. Their terms and conditions of purchase lists nothing to do with the store not refunding, however, when I returned a power bank that was not working it was then that I was informed about their "no refund" nonsense. Basically they're forcing us to buy their store even when one is not satisfied with their services. My experience with this store was terrible and I'm now stuck with an item I do not want nor will it even work because because the store is just chasing sales and has no regards whatsoever for customers' concerns.
