PostNet Uitenhage Negligence-Wrong Parcel Issued & Threats-1 Aug 2026
I am logging a formal complaint against PostNet Uitenhage branch for gross negligence. On 1 August 2026 I collected a parcel. Your staff handed me the wrong customer's parcel. The item inside was similar to my expected order from Personality Uitenhage, so I opened and used it in good faith. I have to date never received my OWN parcel. Days later, owner Zelma contacted me via Facebook Messenger on Wednesday at 13:57 threatening me with legal action within 24 hours if I do not return the parcel, instead of apologizing for the branch's error. I attempted to escalate to Head Office but all official emails (***, ***, ***) return "Address not found / user not found - 550 rejected" and the official website contact form returns "Invalid CSRF token". I have screenshots as proof. I request: 1. Investigation into PostNet Uitenhage negligence 2. Location and delivery of MY original parcel from 1 August 2026 3. Written confirmation that I am not liable for replacement as the error was due to staff negligence 4. That threatening conduct stops This is a privacy/POPIA breach.

Overnight shipping gone wrong.
I am so unhappy. I paid for an overnight shipping but did not receive my parcel the next day. I’ve been waiting and calling but I have received no assistance. Honestly disappointed! What’s the use in paying for an overnight shipping if they not delivering the next day like they promised. If you guys can’t do the overnight then let your customers know now I have to sit and watch a tracking parcel app that just says the same thing for 24 hours.

Postnet bad service
Bad service by Postnet in Uitenhage, my parcel was given to them on 20/10/2025 and it was never delivered it is still at their branch, when I try to call them I get lot of stories and they laughed about it. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to use their services it’s really bad
