Overcharged at a Postnet

A few weeks ago, I had a report of 10 pages scanned and emailed to a recipient from this Postnet costing me around R30. Today I scanned and sent a report from this same Postnet and I was charged R100 for scanning 20 pages and R 12.50 for the email. When I questioned Precious regarding this, she insisted that this was the price schedule. I know from a previous time of being grossly overcharged at a Postnet, that firstly Postnet has no customer service and they don't reply to Hellopeter. This leaves with a bitter taste in my mouth and I will most likely not make use if their services again.
