Your so-called courier service sucks

We have been a loyal client for over 4 years and never had a problem. Sending live plants via courier. But the first time you sent our package via Aramex and completely stuffed up a R2500 order of rare plants. The delivery staff obviously cannot read the labels marked fragile. Damaged the box that we paid overnight courier for, did not inform us, delaying the time the plants were in shipment, and threw the plants from the damaged box into the next. This has made our customer furious and we had to pay her back. So now your answer will most probably be "We do not take responsibility for packages once they leave our premesis"
