Worst service ever

My mom in Mafikeng posted a parcel for me via postnet. She was told that the parcel would get to me (in Springs) the next day.

I didn't receive a message on Thursday and just went to go and find out if they received my parcel on Friday.

When I got to Springs mall they knew nothing, they tried to contact mafikeng but the line wasn't working.

I eventually called headoffice and they gave me an alternative number for mafikeng.

When I called them there was uncer*****y as to where my parcel was. They promised to get back to me with a proper answer.

They called back and gave me a story of how their truck broke down.

Am not interested in their story, I just want my parcel. I needed it urgently today, I paid for a service and didn't receive any help.

Very disappointed in Mafikeng. I doubt if I will ever use their service again.
