Worst service by Faith in Uitenhage

I called Postnet Uitenhage today just after 16:30. I spoke to a lady by the name of Faith.. I wanted to track a parcel as I could not search it on the website. She was very rude to me saying words like ***of and hampa to me once I told her that she is not assisting me by telling me to call back tomorrow.
