Worst service

This has been the worst experience ever. I was called at work to be informed that my parcel will be delivered yesterday without receiving any tracking number and parcel was not delivered. I call PostNet Alberton yesterday and today to find out which company is delivering my parcel, I was informed they don’t know the company , the person who took my parcel and they don’t have the number of the person. Wouldn’t refer this company to anyone Incompetence on another level.
