Worst serves i have ever experienced from a shipping company

This is one of the worst experience i have ever had with a shipping company.

I send a parcel less then 5 kg on the 19/12/2019 and the lady a the the post net branch Nina park in Pretoria North promised me that it will be at the other branch for pickup on the 23/12/2019.

Today is the 30/12/2019 an no parcel at post net Lenasia JHB.

If i only new it will take theme this long i wood have taken it Les then 100 km my self and not trusted this *********** company.

As advertised it is 3 business days for delivery.

I have mailed, phoned, and loge a online complaint. I even contacted them on FB me-singer but no reply from post net / Aramex.

I got better serves from the SA post office, a 20 kg parcel that cost me R 110 from Capetown to Pretoria was deliver in 3 working days.
