Worst experience ever

On Monday 27 May I had My TV and other home appliances couriered from Postnet Berea Durban to Postnet Parklands main. Upon unpacking I was shocked at the destruction my TV had suffered in the hand of postnet personal. The screen is shuttered beyond repair it looks as if someone was dancing on top of it. I have made efforts to contact the head office of postnet since Friday morning and everytime I'm being put on hold and eventually my phone is dropped. Not only are they ignoring me they are even wasting my airtime. I regret ever trusting them with my belongings and should have better used a bus or someone else. Even now had to go to my neighbors place to watch the game..... Totally disgusted with the service provided
