Worst Customer Experience at PostNet Southdowns

I am truly disappointed with the service received at PostNet Southdowns, i have always done my business with them for printing my documents. However this week i received the worst service from one of their staff members who forgot to send through my work for printing and only after a week of where i had to follow up on progress of work the printing does the staff member pick up they did not send my work through for printing and the lead time will now be delayed . Which is very unprofessional and not even get an apology from the staff member for the mistake she made on her side is PATHETIC lack of customer service delivery.

Due to the bad experience i got i doubt i ever want to print my stuff at the place anymore. or even recommend anyone i know to them..
