Worse than SAPO

I was using PostNet Secunda for a few months, but they only let me know that packages have reached them about half the time. Sometimes they don't have the package in their book either. The last straw was when one of the members of staff let his buddy jump the queue. I phone the owner about these things, but he sounded drunk and proceeded to explain to me why I was wrong to complain. Taking my business elsewhere.
