Will not recommend Postnet Metlife mall

Received bad service from post net metlife mall in Port Elizabeth. Request some documents to be printed in colour and after printing all documents I was told that they will be charging me a R30 extra for editing fees which they did not advise on before printing so I had to pay for the printing and editing.
