Why did I pay for a box since they do not deliever
I purchased the rent for 1 year with the above mentioned Postnet office. Within 5 month I received one letter only, not the most frustrating is the following<br> For my 1st parcel they received communication from Post Office a month before, yet they never collected my package. I went to fetch it from the Post Office.<br> The second package they also failed to collect it from the Post Office. I spent 1 hour and 10 minutes tracking the parcel and although they received the notification they never collected it.<br> This is a totally unprofessional business, probably good only to do some photo stats and my some office tools selling.<br> Post management? Forget about it! My dog is better collecting the paper from the front door of my house and I do not pay subscription for.
Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused as a result of the slow receipt of your postal items.
The matter was referred to the owners of the store who advised that the post boxes are serviced daily. Calls are also made when registered items have been received. In a nutshell, that what has been received at the Post Office are sorted daily and placed in the PostNet boxes.
