Their Rivonia Village branch leaves alot to be desired. Was there on 29/04/2025. Their staff flirt with foreign nationals who buy them food to get their 200 documents printed, while the queues are long and outside the door. There's Zero customer service from them. Their head office don't even answer their phones. Asked for a manager who laughed as if I was crazy. They act like they working for Home affairs. Over an hour in a queue for 3 photocopies... only communication is when they chase people away from the door as they need air in the shop. If you buy tgem cooldrinks and things from the checkers, they are your friend..
