What I paid for was not what was done.

I requested an A1 Size poster be printed. I PAID for A1 Size. What was printed was not A1.<br> I complained and the Subject at store stated my drawing was not of A1 Size. <br> Well, I asked when why did not you inform me.<br> Why then did you charge me for A1.<br> The subject requested me to pay again for the right size.<br> <br> Horrible attitude and Service.
