WE DONT DELIVER AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE

<p>I used the service of this terrible company to send a letter overnight to Durban yesterday. Paid a premium for the service, but the douments was never deliver overnight. Spoke to the lady from Postnet Rosebank Ms Malan totally unprofessional arrogant and defensive told that I have no recourse against them if the delivery does nopt take place. Asked for the headoffice number given an incorrect number. I really suggest that use other companies to deliver your service, post office is better. </p> <p> </p> <p>Postnet does not care about you as a client.</p>
