Warning: Avoid Postnet and Aramex at All Costs!

I'm writing this review as a warning to others to stay away from Postnet and Aramex's services! I had a nightmare experience with them last month when I purchased a phone online and had it couriered from Durban to Johannesburg through their services.

On the 20th of March, I tracked my shipment, but a week later, there was no progress. When I called to inquire about the status, I was shocked to discover that my parcel had been hijacked a few days after it was dispatched. To my horror, neither Postnet nor Aramex would take responsibility for the ****** parcel, claiming that their insurance doesn't cover electronic devices.

What's even more appalling is the complete lack of communication and accountability from both companies. Despite sending emails, I've received complete radio silence. It's unacceptable that customers are left to bear the loss while the delivery service fails to take responsibility.

Needless to say, I will never use Postnet or Aramex again. If you value your sanity and your purchases, stay far, far away from these companies. Their service is atrocious, and their policies are designed to protect themselves, not their customers.

Zero stars from me. Avoid these companies like the plague!
