I was misinformed that it was fine to send Ritalin meds to my child in the USA, only for them to be rejected by customs. To make matters worse, DHL has been giving me the runaround, demanding duty and VAT for a returned parcel! 📦💸 Hello?! A returned item shouldn’t incur duty! While PostNet La Lucia conveniently ignores my WhatsApp messages to her for help! It's high time you replaced the current ownership of PostNet La Lucia with competent people. Bring back the service that customers deserve!</div>
