Very unhappy client

Terrible service. Packages stay at one branch for days on end.( George to be specific) .tried numerous times to call above mentioned branch. Whereby in the beginning it would just ring, afterwards someone would just drop the call repeatedly. Is that what your clients mean to you? You need to look into this. Clients need to be informed if the 2-3 days won't be met it's been 7 days now and my package is still stationary and I am leaving my holiday destination ( where the package was meant to come) in two days. I am very disappointed in post net as I have always received good service but this makes me want to rather try pep or pick and pay couriers
