Very Slow Courier Service

Something I ordered was posted on Monday (01 Feb 2020 @ 14:54) from PostNet Amanzimtoti and is expected to arrive at PostNet Scottburgh. How can something take more than 3 days to arrive when the distance between the two towns is 20km! ???? The postage was done via the PostNet 2 PostNet service. Normally something coming from Cape Town takes that long!
