Very Rude and unhelpful staff after receiving bad service

I had a parcel sent to me from Durban, I was in Cape Town for overnight delivery. It was sent on 18/12/2017 and expected delivery was 19/12/2017. I went to the post net in Howard Centre to find an emoyee by the name of Jerome. I asked him to check if the parcel had arrived, first of he used a tone which indicates he was annoyed at showing me the number he asked me to read out for him to check the parcel, after checking he told me it had not arrived of which I then asked where it was currently and how long will it take to get here. He then rudely told me to ask the person who sent the parcel to me, my response was can he not check somehow where the parcel currently is considering the person who sent the parcel to me would not know, his response was they don't do that and should call the person who sent the parcel to me. I tried calling the postnatal call Centre but no answer and also tried to call head office in jhb but still no answer. Another lady walked in and asked her to track where the parcel is, Jerome then tried to tell her what he told me as if he didn't want her giving me a different answer at that point I asked him to refrain from getting involved as I was now dealing with the lady. The lady who's name I did not get as there was no name tag was able to call and track where the parcel was and gave me an estimated time of delivery. I then asked Jerome what was so difficult about doing that as the person who sent the parcel to me would not know ow where it is since he left it with you guys. His response was he didn't leave it with me he left it with Postnet. Mistakes happen in business which is why I delayed my trip twice due to my parcel arriving much later than promised but what lost Postnet 3 customers who are never utilizing the services of Postnet again which is the person who sent the parcel to me, the person I was receiving the parcel on behalf of and myself is the appalling attitude of your employee Jerome.
