Very Poor Service

Hand in a painting to be send to their Benoni Branch. Painting was securely wrapped with bubble plastic BUT we still paid for additional wrapping just to be sure. Lady stated they will not be responsible if the glass broke. Received a phone call day later to say sorry the Courier Co has broken the glass !! :-( This kind of service is unacceptable after paying R400 to have it shipped, but they just dont take any care of your parcel.
