Very disappointing service

I am very disappointed with the service received from Postnet, via Postnet Knysna. I handed a A4 envelope in at the Knysna Branch for delivery to an address in Johannesburg. They say they had difficulty in delivering the item but then sat on the issue for more that two weeks without any progress. Only after persistent prompting from me did they return the item to me at my cost. The same item was delivered to the recipient four days later using a competitor service provider. Postnet took three weeks to achieve nothing at my cost. Competitor took four days to do the same job successfully.

Needless to say I won't be using Postnet again.
