Very bad performance of postnet

I ordered a very rare and expensive succulent. Its been a month and im still waiting for postnet to deliver my package.. when i phoned them they said my package is between 6000 other packages and i have to wait when i asked them who is going to refund me they said its not their problem . They want us use their courier services but they dont want to take responsibility for our packages.. this is very bad services
