Very bad experience

This is the worst company to deal with.i used their overnight courier service on the 5th of March for a parcel that was supposed to work today on the 10th of March. I tried calling them countless times I spoke to one lady who promised to call me back I have been waiting for her to Call me back...I called the the call center again with no luck and now it is almost 5pm there are no updates regarding my parcel it has since stucked in polokwane from the 6th...I even sent them emails that they ignored
