Very bad attitude

Highly disappointed with this ladies service. It was the second time she sent me away and said I couldn't use the computer and print as she is busy with other people's work (people who weren't even physically there). She claimed she's too busy alone as her colleague is on leave like it is my problem. She treats me like I'm irrelevant and I go there every second day to utilize the services. Very unprofessional behavior and I am highly disappointed
